I-befree I joined the United States Marine Corps at 18. Spent the first two years basically working and drinking. That was all I did.Then one day in a parking lot, working on a broken car, someone invited me to church. I blew him off, having known of God for most of my life. |

However that night, I met Jesus for the first time. He saved my soul,
took me out of the mess I was in, and started to shape my life.
If not for His many blessings, me and the wife would not be celebrating 20 years of marriage this year. He has touched our lives in such a way, that drugs and alcohol are no longer a part of my life. God has reached down and touched my physical being, healing ulcers when I was 19, bringing strength to a bad back. God has deliverd my mind also. The perverseness of the world that I was in, no longer affects me the way it did. Had it not been for the healing hand of Jesus, I would be dead or in jail. |
